The host was amazing and very communicative. The building is in an amazing location. Very walkable area with many great restaurants and coffee shops. There's both a CVS and 7-eleven about a block away in case you need anything. Parking was convenient and nice to have on site.There is a restaurant, pools, hot tub, and gym on site, but I didn't not use these (was oddly a very cold weekend in Miami, but had I stayed longer these would have been great!)The balcony has an amazing view, but is sparse (some furniture out there would be lovely). There are folding chairs, but it's not particularly welcoming/inviting. The building is a bit dated. On Monday, when many folks were checking out, only 3 elevators were working and kept stopping on every floor, so waiting for an elevator was considerable. Bear that in mind. It would be great for a larger party, but the unit is a bit more dated than the photos show. The building's walls are also a bit thin and the unit is also right next to the elevator, so it can be loud if folks are in the hallway
