This is an old, housekeeping style hotel with a clean pool, free parking and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Roberto was helpful getting us checked in.However, many things in the rooms do not work, are dirty, old, need replacement or are just worn out. We had a two bedroom room on the second floor (so we were lucky to have a balcony) but only two of the burners on the stove worked (these even had to be lit with a match as the igniter was broken on both burners), the WiFi in the room was inconsistent and often did not work, the D/W leaked water so was not usable, the couch in the living room was broken down and completely worn out. There were many rough repair patches on the walls, rusty fixtures, damaged floor tiles, taps with the chrome plating peeling off, a missing smoke alarm in the master bedroom etc. No supplies are provided - not even the basic items like paper towels, salt and pepper, sugar, kleenex etc. We brought our concerns to the attention of the office staff on our first morning and they promised to look into things, especially the stove, D!W and WiFi, but no one made any repairs during our 4 day stay. Of the many VRBO properties that we have stayed in over the years, this was absolutely the most disappointing.
