The loft suite was quite nice. The whole building is dated, but in reasonable condition and cleanliness. I is definitely not a high end building but for the price it is quite adequate. The kitchen was well outfitted with dishes, pots, etc. The bed was comfortable. The only negative I have is that when I climbed into bed between the sheets, I felt something on my feet…..I threw the blankets back to find cracker crumbs or the likw in the bed, obviously the sheets were not new/cleaned properly…..I quickly brushed all the crumbs out of the bed prior to my wife entering or this review would have ended up being VERY negative over a simple oversight of lack of cleanliness. For the price I would stay here again. The location is excellent.

very deceiving pictures of the unit and the announcement does not match the reality. The location is in a party complex that requires a lot of tlc. People drunk and music until late.

I rented 3 rooms for my family for a weekend in Miami, family wedding. The rooms are spacious. The little kitchen is perfect. The staff that I met were very nice. The only negative about this stay: When you have a lot of people in the living room it gets very loud and echos.

Parking is easy location is convenient and being upstairs was further quiet. We got the second building that looks very updated and rather a random property with that any recent renovations. Some fixes are very apparent with unprofessional looks carpet is absolutely disgustingly dirty so I don’t recommend walking around, barefoot. We had a balcony, but the door was fairly hard to open on the curtains for half torn already, so I didn’t want to take a chance of anything falling . All in all it was a convenient location and we pretty much spend any time in the place but sleeping for a few hours.

This property is old but I liked our loft apartment very much. We had a very comfortable bed but our daughter was staying in another apartment and unfortunately its bed was concave and smelled like someone had smoked weed in there, so not every unit measures up. Both were very clean. It is just a shame that they don't put a couple of beds downstairs instead of sofa so a whole family can stay in one unit. I liked the iguanas everywhere outside by the pool. the pool was warm and all the people staying there very friendly. It had an "old Florida " feel to the property. Run down here and there but the price is right for the location and we were able to walk to wonderful dining. Easy hassle free stay and we will return. Also, it seems to be a family business and I like supporting those!

Great location but run down and poorly maintained property. WiFi didn’t work and bedroom was hot despite running a/c at full blast. Mouse scurrying down the hallway toward the pool deck clinched 1 star rating.
