Checkin was rough. Bedroom blinds were not in great shape so let in a ton of light at night and could be seen through (ground floor). No sheet for the pack n play. Light on starting supplies. So why 5 stars? Clean. Good location for activities and sites nearer the downtown and south areas, including South Beach and Key Biscayne. Great free shuttle close by that you can ride, without transfer, to good parks and landmarks. Free controlled parking. Good places to eat nearby. A few improvements and I wouldn't look elsewhere in Miami.
