The large pool area includes a fire pit, lawn chairs, and a terrace dining area to enjoy the cool nights. The villa enjoys private off-street parking.
Pool & gym are to be used with caution and at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
The property is excellent for the remote worker, with fiber optic internet and 5 bars of signal strength throughout the property. We have a separate office area, including a standing desk, excellent lighting, and a color laser printer. The office also has doors to close off the area for those private video and conference calls.
The three bedrooms each have queen-sized beds and their own bathrooms. The third bedroom also includes a separate full bath, mini-refrigerator, and microwave.
The office contains basic needs such as a separate monitor, laser printer, stapler, pencils, pens, a whiteboard, and a paper shredder.
The property utilizes solar power, with a backup generator, to ensure continuous power during weather or outages.
Guests will have access to the entire property, including the gym and pool areas. Access is controlled via smart locks programmed with the primary guest`s access code.

Parking is provided off-street on the double-width drive. The typical share-ride services are all available to the property. Walking too is great, with many shops and restaurants only 2-3 blocks from the villa.

For those guests driving other than Tesla, you will need a J1772 adapter to connect to the Tesla charger. No overnight, unregistered guests are allowed unless previously agreed to by the property host.
All smoking is limited to the property outdoors, and any material not consumed is to be disposed of in a proper container. Smoking inside the property will incur a USD 250 charge to their account.
Please treat the property, the utility usage, and the appliances as if it is your own.
