This hotel felt super sketchy. Although it’s in a decent part of town, there was no clear front desk/ lobby and we drove around the building a couple times until we found it. Even from the outside the building looked run down. Then as we walked in, one of the guests was complaining that they had just charged them $30,000 dollars and the lobby was small, outdated and dark. The only reason we went forward with the room is because I had already paid through hotels.coma The rooms felt even worse. Our room was in a different building, and the main way to get upstairs was an actual staircase. The door had a clear separation between the frame and door, the handle and backplate were completely crooked, the door had an obvious patched hole in it as well as several coats of paint that were being chipped off. The interior of the room smelled very weird as was also rundown. Not worth the $180 I paid.

This is an older hotel but it worked great for my recovery suit. It was very clean. The lady came daily with fresh towels. The staff were very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows.

Let your customers know when they check in that there is no maid service each day. You offer laundry machines but they don’t work. This caused a lengthy delay in my itinerary and almost missed my cruise. All I got when I checked out was “sorry”. Won’t be back anytime soon. Staff was nice, but seemed to have little concern in trying to make my bad experience better.

The staff and management went above and beyond to help us out, I don’t want to go into details but we would have been up a creak, but like I said they flat saved our party of 6, I just want to say thank you for your help and kindness!!!!

Our toilet wouldn't flush properly the entire stay, the last night there while in the shower the toilet ended up overflowing and flooded our entire bathroom. Staff was aware of this issue but didn't offer to fix until midnight when it had flooded the bathroom and my baby was asleep. Also, a heads up before booking, the TVs don't connect to wifi and you can't use the apps on the smart tv. You have limited channel access and that's it. The WiFi also doesn't work after a day or two of being logged on. It kicks you off and will not let you back on. So the last two days of my stay were without wifi and no service in the building. Staff said there's nothing they can do. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was quick to get us what we needed.
