It’s a beautiful home located less than 23 minutes from Surfside Beach, 22 minutes from Miami Beach, 12 minutes from Wynwood, and just 16 minutes from the famous 8th Street (Old Havana). Being less than three minutes from I-95 puts us in a prime location in the city. Our property features 3 bedrooms with central air conditioning and other amenities to accommodate up to 7 people. the master bedroom has a Kingston bed (with a private bathroom and walk-in closet), the second bedroom also has a Kingston bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed for children and a sofa bed with two twin beds; it also includes a studio area, and there are two bathrooms. PLEASE NOTE (Keep in mind that the apartment is listed at a base rate for 5 guests, and each additional guest will incur an extra charge) It features a spacious living/dining room with central air conditioning and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, plus a laundry area and cleaning supplies, with direct access to our beautiful terrace and pool, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment.
