This hotel assistant manager refused to give me a room with a balcony and the ac on one side of the room and u couldnt feel it... and the temperature only goes to 66 on a low low speed level

The room was nice and clean but the a/c didn’t take the humidity out. We also had a not so little bug get in. The staff was great, the location was great and the attached restaurant was wonderful.
