Overall clean place but we didn’t have a remote control and we had to call twice just for staff to tell us we had to go downstairs to pick it up. We also requested new towels but took them two days to bring them.

Kind of a dump really. We are renovating our condo in Aventura and also came down for the CFP championship game, decided to stay here. First room was kind of beat up, the toilet flush handle was wonky, the toilet didn’t flush great, the faucet was either on or off and for the first two nights, we kept hearing this techno music beat outside the room. Fortunately, I elected to change rooms to go to the other side of the hotel and get a higher floor and the front desk attendant was very courteous and took care of the switch right away for us. The only issue is that the rooms on the pool side of the hotel are two double beds only and the king bed rooms are on the noisy side of the hotel. Don’t think we will stay here again, hopefully won’t need to anyways.

We had one night stay at the hotel. Overall It was fine. Staffs were nice, room was clean. The location is pretty convenient. The Only thing was that my room was facing the elevator. Every time there was a person getting out of the it, there's an alert voice reminding "wait" or "first floor". Can't remember the exact word, but it was very annoying during my night sleep, waking me up many times.
