Staff was not helpful when I commented that nothing worked in the room. I couldn't order room service, keys kept not working so I had to have them recharged twice a day. I was charged extra fees upon arrival I was not warned about and it wasn't a small fee either.

Good price, room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was feeble, but it worked. The pool area was nice and the hotel is located in a central area. The hotel restaurant hosts events that could be loud, but they shut it down at a reasonable hour. Overall, i would stay again.

Dirty room under the bed a lot of dirt dirty toilet doesn't pass in the room they don't even change the bed and they don't even give a bath towel the maid on her own opens the bedroom door and puts the sign outside saying that it doesn't need cleaning I've never seen this ridiculous I don't recommend it to anyone but this hotel

Elevator barely functioned. Upon reaching the target floor, had to guess arrival and push the floor button to get the door to open. Otherwise, the elevator continued to another floor. Had to try upwards of 30 time with both keys to get the room door to open.
