Fully equipped double oven/microwave, dish washer, Wine chiller in kitchen, french door bottom freezer refrigerator w induction cooktop and new induction pots, Keureg coffee maker, toaster. ALL IS NEW AND SPOTLESS. Great location 15-20 minutes from airport/on the sand/beach, close to down town FT. Lauderdale, Aventura Mall, Gulf Stream Park&casino. Residential style 24 hr concierge for easy check in at any time. Valet parking for a 10.00 over night fee & 5.00 for extra cars (Monthly stays are 150.00 for parking). Fob per two adults 30.00 for the entire stay upon check in. Beach chairs umbrellas and towels available in unit for use at no additional charge. Building will request a credit card on file at check in there will not be a charge just as security. If you order amazon packages building charges 5.00 for each package received (consolidate your orders).
