My favorite part of the room was the bathroom a nice spacious shower with good hot running water. The AC kept the room cool it’s just a little loud in the bed is comfortable. It’s very affordable and in a great location.

We love staying at Richards my husband and I stayed there for over 15 times and we love the way that the properties are decorated very nice and quiet. And Sean the host is the best. He’s very personable. My husband and I love him. We go to him every time.

Loved the landscaping at this property. The room was quaint and well furnished. The AC was not on when we arrived so the room was very hot. The bathroom had a dirty bar of soap on the sink and trash in the trashcan but otherwise clean.

Room was very clean. Very pretty landscaping. Quiet environment and neighboring areas. Simple basic rooms at a very low cost. Bed was comfortable. Only wish there was a regular sink for dishes but for the cost, perfectly fine to work around. I'd definitely stay here again if I need to be in that area again.

Just stayed one night, the receptionist was nice, friendly and always smiling. We room was good and didn’t hear any noise. There is a European buffet nearby if interested in trying something. We will stay here again next time we come back to Fort Lauderdale

I go there about once a month because my work takes me down to South Florida. Most times I'm in the area so for convenience sakes and price point I book with Richards. I've been doing business with Richards roughly about 15 to 20 years. Since I live on the Ocean when a hurricane comes to town, because we have to evacuate mandatory. I go to Richards and feel safe and secure. Let me tell you the price is always right. The amenities , staff & response times to any issues for any situation, the staff responds in a matter of in a minutes. By the way if you seek quite relaxation and comfort and security then come on down and say Bon Jour to Richard in person. He's hands on, he's the owner and the manager as well. Bon Voyage'
