My stay at this property was incredibly disappointing and far from what was advertised. The room lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance; I found bugs on the toilet, the windows and window sheets were filthy, and the lamp shades were lopsided and poorly kept. The check-in process was equally frustrating, as I was given incorrect information regarding parking—specifically that you do not actually have to park at the Marriott as they claimed. To make matters worse, management refused to offer a refund despite these clear issues. I would not recommend staying here, as the lack of hygiene and poor customer service made for a very unpleasant

Getting to the space was a bit confusing due to construction and having to check in through an adjoining hotel, but the directions I received ahead of time were clear. My only complaint was the floor was not clean. I notified them and this would not keep me from renting here again.

The kitchen was equipped. The ice maker to the refrigerator was broken. The nozzles on the faucets were broken. Beds were attached with rotten wood. Curtains were nasty. Crack floor tiles. Rusty stains in the tub and showers. Sheets were stained. Don't book based on pictures. I was in room 3741 and was disappointed. Maintenance and the manager fixed some of the issues including the AC.
