Hotel does not have shuttle service but they do offer uber rides- which is excellent. Picked me up rite outside of baggage claim. Arrived to hotel early and my room was ready. Nice and spacious and also very clean No complaints at all. Jessica was very welcoming at the front desk

For starters the staff en the front desk did not want to check us in before 3:00pm we were willing to pay extra for early check in but she did not want to budge so she made us wait hours. The room was ok. Mind you I booked to rooms and payed over $1,100 for 2 nights not worth the money at all. They had dogs barking and running around the halls. It was terrible. Would never stay there again.
