Staff was great. Super clean room. Airport Uber was honestly a life saver and less stress for us! Extended parking there due to travel was a huge win and very helpful! And complimentary uber was perfect. Whenever we have to stay in Miami, will come here every time!

I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties! The one thing they need is to add the JW burger at the bar! Every Marriott property I’ve been around the world it’s a flagship delight to get a classic JW burger that’s normally not on the menu but always a delight with fries while traveling. Pizza and chicken wings was the only food at the bar. The lobby had some snacks. We went out to eat. It’s a clean hotel and was quiet for being close to airport.

Charged for someone else breakfast.

When I checked out I saw I was billed for something from their refuel area. I contacted them and told them I never got anything from the refuel area. They told me I did. I only had one person stayed with me and they never got anything from that area. I’m telling them it wasn’t me and it seems like they are not going to refund me. So it seems anyone can go to the counter and tell them a hotel room number and you’ll be charged for something you did not do. I’m highly disappointed in what happened and probably won’t stay there again. Be careful and ask the desk during your staff if anything was charged to your room without your knowledge because they will not look into it after you leave. They will just tell you it was you and nothing will come of it
