Good hotel to stay at with friendly staff and nice location. The shuttle service, however, can get some improvement in its flexibility with managing last-minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances. But overall, a very good place to stay.

Super friendly staff at guest services and beautiful clean facility. Shuttle from airport rates a ZERO for reliability, I’m told they use a contract service….huge fail, we waited 2 hours and 10 minutes at the airport for the shuttle after 4 calls to the front desk. Lack of staff at the bar, one person doing beautiful, food and beverage another fail, drinks make you money, keep bartenders serving guest beverages . Breakfast way overpriced, even with it being free as a concession for the poor airport shuttle service….we didn’t use the free breakfast because no one should pay that price for what was offered. My compliments to the front desk staff, these ladies were professional, kind and helpful.
