Located in Twain Harte, this amazing 4 bedroom house includes 2 king beds, bunk room, queen sofa bed in Arcade game room. Master suite is downstairs and has a jacuzzi tub for relaxation. In addition, there is full bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Cozy living room where guests can unwind and relax in front of a fireplace after a day of exploring. There is also a bar/study with foosball table, checkers/dart board for entertainment. The property offers air conditioning/heating throughout the home. Washer/dryer along with iron/board, for added convenience. Bunk room has 6 beds and a TV available for viewing DVDs (ours or yours). We have additional games the adults and children can play that are stored in the garage: Guess Who, Corn hole, Basketball equipment.

The views from this property are ABSOLUTELY breathtaking. Enjoy sunsets on the deck and experience the magic of Twain Harte at our peaceful cabin.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cleaning payment covers a general light cleaning (and complete disinfecting with Lysol or similar product) of the home and washing/replacing soiled linens.
General clean up before you leave: A quick sweep, towels placed in laundry room on the first floor, used beds can be left unmade, dishwasher filled and ran, trash in the outside trash can.
If you leave the house unreasonably dirty or messy (garbage on floors, wet towels laying around, garbage in bedrooms, etc), you will be charged a fine up to double the cleaning fee. NO EXCEPTIONS
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

WINTER STORMS: no parking on streets. Your car will be towed. Property will be plowed as needed. Carry chains are required/ 4 wheel drive encouraged.
WILDLIFE: we have mountain lions, bears, deers, raccoons and other wildlife. Please be cautious when outside.
