Charming Riverside Mill - Pets Allowed

Jean-Claude and Isabelle welcome you to the grounds of their mill which still has its mechanism and its big wheel. This mill nestled on the banks of the Orne Saosnoise is located 20 minutes from Le Mans and offers an ideal fishing route for fishing lovers. The bucolic park along the river allows you to fish for pike, perch, tench, etc. (fishing license required).
Only one animal accepted during the stay. For animals, accepted but kept on a leash in the property and never leave the animal alone in the gîte.
Supplement of 10€ per night for the animal.
In a house independent of the mill, adjoining two other gîtes
Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area with BZ sofa for 2 people. large flat screen. Storage space with washing machine. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 sink and 1 WC.
Upstairs: A large bedroom with 2 twin 90x200 beds and an 80x190 single bed and private boat cabin style bathroom with 1 shower, toilet, small sink.
WiFi internet.
Additional electric heating to be paid directly to the owner on site (8 kW free per day).

Several outdoor spaces with deckchairs, barbecue, garden furniture.

Cleaning fee of €50 obligatory and extra.

Option per additional person/day beyond 3 to 5 people.

The deposit of €300 must be registered by Gîte de France 48 hours before taking out the rental
In the event of non-registration thereof.
A payment of €300 in cash is required on the day of handing over the keys.
