Ground floor: large living room (2 sofa beds) with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 120x190, 2: 1 bed 140x190), shower room/toilet. Additional equipment: cot/high chair.
