Great breakfast on site included in room price. Friendly staff........especially Alondra, Axel and Sandi were all very helpful when we were robbed by Pink cab driver ! He is a danger !! All hotels offer cab service from bus stations and the airport. However, your hotel should also send a warning to not use the pink cabs. Our experience was frightening. Photos show our dangerous cab driver's information. We did not call the police because we did not want to spend our time at the police station rather than visiting your fine city. The front desk staff were extremely caring and helpful when we arrived very shaken from the bus depot! They offered us warm hand towels and cool water. Everyone on the staff was extremely concerned and helpful. This incident occurred Sunday evening, October 12. Thank you.

Clean room, great service front desk. Great free breakfast options and Cafe snacks. Dinner at Balcon de Zocalo food is fairly expensive, the view is great. Food is 7/10. Had food poisoning after eating one dinner with beef tenderloin.

Due to travel issues we were unable to make it to Mexico City to stay here, I spent at least 3 hours trying to cancel out reservation....Still have not received a credit for this reservation..WE never arrived, never stayed at this hotel and still await a full refund for this. Poor customer service from Hotels.com Nd this hotel. We will never recommend this hotel or the service of Hotels.com

This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the Centro Histórico . There is a lot of food available and many vendors and shopping. The staff is friendly as soon as you walk into the hotel. The breakfast is good and they provide free bottled water.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect Location and Exceptional Service I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes’ walk to the nearby cathedral and main square. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Karina at the front desk and Daniel from the concierge team were especially memorable for their warmth and professionalism. The hotel’s interior design and decoration has a unique charm, the facilities are well-equipped, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary bottled water and apples available by the elevators on each floor. Breakfast was quite good as well, though it seemed to have offered the same selection every day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Great stay here at zocalo hotel! Free breakfast each morning was good but its the same each day. Free snacks, cokes, water and beer at the downstairs cafe was a huge benefit! Staff was friendly and we felt safe our entire trip. Highly Recommend and ask for Raul. He was always willing to help!

This is our favorite hotel in Mexico City. The Staff is amazing. Rooms are impeccable clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Room window was facing the inside courtyard so we didn’t experience any city noise. Breakfast with the best view!!! We will definitely try to stay here again.

We liked the property, a couple of employees at the restaurant seemed to have an attitude and they had a body language that they did not want yo work that day, however I have to highlight Alexandra (during breakfast time) she was amazing! Another thing that I did not liked, i was charged extra to check in early, my flight arrived around 9am ! With all the information that was entered way in advanced nor the hotel or expedia were able to give a heads up. Overall, as courtesy, i think the hotel should offer at least to keep our luggage. The rooms were ready anyway. But thats just my point of view.
