The room is like an apartment with a open concept dining room, living room, kitchenette. Bedroom has plenty of storage space and an inviting patio. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else made up for it especially the price. Great area to walk any time of day.

An excellent base for exploring Mexico City

Stayed here for five days while visiting Mexico City and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. It was well-located, had good self-catering facilities including refrigerator and kitchen equipment, clean bathroom and shower, and a good terrace/balcony for communal use on the top floor. There are also lots of good cafes and grocery options within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to be aware of is that some of noise from the nearby busy highway can be heard (our apartment was in that direction), but not all apartments face that way and it isn't a massive problem unless you're a light sleeper.

I made a reservation for the same day and was denied access when I arrived. I attempted to cancel the reservation but was not allowed to. I had to make a reservation at another location. I and have attempted to contact the merchant and have had no success. I am currently being denied a refund due to the fact that the merchant is not answering any communication attempts.

The doormen are amazing and helpful. We didn't really interact with any other staff. Loved the location and size of our room. My only criticism is they could improve a bit on supplying more basic amenities for the rooms (towels, toilet paper, etc) and it might be time to shampoo the carpets. I'd stay again anytime we're visiting.

The property was lovely and very central for walking around and exploring. The bed was super cosy, always hot water with a well set up kitchen. The staff were friendly and our stay was wonderful. The only downside was that we had to take out our own garbage and clean as it’s not a hotel. A broom and dustpan would have been useful. Overall I’d give it 9/10.

The suites were very comfortable & nice to have a separate bedroom with a balcony. A small repair of balcony door locks in 2 of our 3 rooms was needed and 1 shower head & shower door. Kitchen with table comfortable chairs & comfy couch was appreciated! Kitchen was equipped wIth most of what you needed. Hall lights were motion activated. Nice artwork on the walls & handy elevator. Lovely rooftop lounge & gym with lots of indoor & outdoor seating. Friendly staff. We enjoyed this location for its walk ability & closeness to Chapultepec Park. Really safe neighborhood! Our contact person was very kind & helpful, whatever you needed she came thru!! I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation!! Thx for making our week so fun & enjoyable!!

El lugar no es como lo muestran en las fotografías… ES MEJOR ! Una muy grata sorpresa! Un edificio moderno, limpio y muy cómodo, con una decoración y acabados fabulosos. El departamento es HERMOSO! Muy limpio, moderno y funcional, con una decoración de muy buen gusto y muy acogedor. Me sentí como en casa. La comunicación con el personal fue estupenda, en cuestión de minutos resolvían mis dudas y contestaban mis mensajes. La zona es fabulosa, con cientos de opciones para comer y caminar. El mejor lugar donde me he hospedado en la CDMX.

EXTRAORDINARIO LUGAR! Aún cuando en las fotografías se veía todo muy bien, al llegar superó todas mis expectativas. Edificio limpio y moderno, en excelentes condiciones, personal de seguridad amable, con un proceso de check in muy rápido y sencillo. El departamento es simplemente perfecto! Desde la decoración hasta la limpieza y funcionalidad. Un ambiente moderno, pero acogedor que me hizo sentir como en casa. El baño extremadamente limpio con una presión de agua fabulosa, algo que no esperaba en la CDMX. La ubicación del departamento es perfecta! Con cientos de opciones para comer a unos cuantos pasos, y con fácil acceso a servicios de transporte. Una zona muy segura, limpia y agradable. Definitivamente el mejor lugar para hospedarse en la CDMX. Gracias por todo !

La habitación estuvo impecable, la ubicación del edificio es muy buena y siempre hay un guardia que está al pendiente de la llegada y la salida. El único pero que pondría es que no se me realizó la limpieza de la habitación y se escudaba mucho ruido en la madrugada asotando puertas o algo así, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.
