Stayed on the 4th floor during a business trip. It was quiet and clean. WiFi worked well. There was an elevator for convenience. Safe neighborhood with a Starbucks on the same street.

Excelente ubicación, fácil acceso al departamento. Pero me cambiaron días antes a mi llegada la ubicación del lugar por goteras en el otro lugar. Cuando llegué al departamento que me asignaron y entré con el código de puerta que me dieron, ya había una persona ocupandolo. Fue un momento muy incómodo y un problema poder comunicarnos por algún lado. La chica que estaba nos consiguió un teléfono para poder comunicarnos directamente con wynwood porque en hoteles.com nunca logré comunicarme.

The toilet seat was broken since I arrived. Completely separated from the toilet. It took 3 days for them to "fix" it. It was still left loose on one side, so you had to try not to fall to the sides. The coffee maker did not work and it was never replaced eventhough I wrote in advance to say that a working coffee maker was a must for my work trip. After all the terrible customer service, and not delivering and fixing the broken neccesities, they could not let me check out 1 hour later. The staff is VERY noisy. They talk and yell even at customer sleeping hours. For people staying on the 1st floor, this is terrible. 4 am, 6 am, 11 pm. They dont care that walls are as thin as paper (according to noise). So. Never coming back, never recomending this property.
