I invite you to enjoy a unique experience in this modern, completely remodeled apartment, located just one block from the World Trade Center (WTC). This space was designed with your comfort and style in mind, making it ideal for groups of up to 6 guests. You’ll be just steps away from the WTC, with quick access to areas such as Polanco, Reforma, and Santa Fe. Public transportation, restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers are also just minutes away.



• Modern and functional space: The apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a cozy living-dining area, and large balconies, perfect for enjoying the vibrant city views.

Other Things to Note:

* Once the reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Date changes are also not permitted.



* In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that is suitable for the weather :).



* Mexico City has experienced reductions in water availability in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will monitor the situation closely at all times.



* Parking vehicles, whether on the property or on public streets, is entirely the guest’s responsibility. The accommodation is not responsible for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.

We want you to fall in love with Mexico City just as much as we have. This vibrant city, full of culture, gastronomy, and life, has something magical that will captivate you. We’ll be available through the app or messaging from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to help with any questions, local recommendations, or tips to explore the city like a true local. Additionally, in case of an emergency, you can contact us by phone at any time.



Security Deposit



For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and will be automatically released after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations during the stay.



The process is secure and handled through a specialized platform to protect your information. We’ll send you the instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
