Hotel Volga is absolutely beautiful — truly stunning in every sense. The design, ambiance, and attention to detail make it feel special the moment you walk in. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can feel that hospitality here is genuine, not forced. Arturo, in particular, stood out and deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond from the start — giving us a full tour of the hotel, sharing its story, the ups and downs, and all the thoughtful details that make Volga what it is. His warmth, professionalism, and pride in the hotel made such a lasting impression and truly elevated our stay. Hotel Volga is very lucky to have Arturo on their team. We felt so welcomed and taken care of, and we can’t wait to come back.

Although the service and attention from all the staff was excellent, the bedroom set up was somewhat uncomfortable for us, older adults. Many beautiful features, the wall, the lounge, the restaurant, the movable roof, the cube mid building and rooftop.

The hotel is honestly beautiful. All of the spaces are wonderfully curated. The rooms were great as well. The breakfast was also delicious. And the staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that you can hear the music from the lobby or any other noise in your room, both at night and in the morning.

Lovely property and centrally located. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the food as I was hoping for a bit more comfort options but it’s quite a posh hotel so that’s expected. I recommend this place for a cocktail and ambience. The atrium style of the floors results in lots of sound carrying but the hotel does a great job observing quiet hours. Because this is an architectural wonder of a hotel the layout of the bedroom is not for privacy in case that’s an issue.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Excellent service, very courteous staff, great breakfast, and great coffee. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I even had to ask which brand of bedding they use.
