Check in is a three hour window. 3pm-6pm. Before that they won't look at you. After that they charge a late fee. To top it off they couldn't provide an itemized receipt for the extra charge. The only two things I liked about the stay is the courteous attendant who walked you to your room and showed you around and the shower water pressure

The hotel is simply OK, there are two glass doors, one for the bathroom and the other for the toilet, which the two doors hit each other and it is very risky, an accident can easily happen, the person who delivered the food to my room He charged me for the service when delivering the food and the receptionist had told me that they did not charge and the tip was optional, I would not recommend this hotel.

Llegamos y el de recepción en el teléfono duró mucho tiempo y llegó otra pareja y ahí estábamos hasta que llegó otro y le dijo yo atiendo el teléfono, y tú a los clientes, nos dieron la habitación las llaves de tarjeta no funcionaban tuvimos que bajar 3 veces por diferentes tarjetas, el agua de la regadera, salía muy poca te bañabas pegado a la pared, el clima nunca enfrió, lo bueno que sólo nos quedamos un día
