Here is what I think you should know before your stay here at least this was my experience. Pros: - The unit looks exactly like the pics. It was clean, it was roomy, and it fit my family of 4 perfectly. - The door attendant “Cesar” was very friendly and welcoming. - The apartment has pretty much everything you need. Completely furnished kitchen, beds, baths, wifi, ect. -They have a working elevator which is huge if you are carrying heavy luggage. - The apartment complex itself felt very safe. You need to use a QR code to enter the property. Which is great that way you don’t have to wait for the apartment attendant to open the door. - Every Sunday there is a street market that sets up right outside the complex and carries for about 5 blocks. So if you like flea markets you will enjoy this. Cons: The neighborhood is NOT the greatest. I was told by uber drivers that it is known in the past for car thefts. Also that some uber drivers don’t really go into the neighborhood late at night. (With that being said, we were not walking around late and we had no issues finding an uber to drop us off late at night) - The communication with the management had me in edge. I had to reach out to everyone to obtain check in instructions. They did not communicate 24hr before like Expedia stated they would. Finally received instructions before I boarded my flight. Never received the QR code. One of the neighbors was kind enough to share it with me.

Mexico central apartment

Lovely big comfortable apartment a short distance from the metro only a couple of stops from the centre. Secure Garage at rhe property for car hire. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms made this really good for 4 adults.

Not false advertising. Clean property, buy the area is outside Roma Norte, even though on the map it seems a mile and half away from a popular meeting point. The area is full of auto mechanic shops. Lots of trash left outside on streets after Sunday market.

El departamento muy bien, con lo necesario para estar comodos. Comunicarnos fue muy dificil, el numero de telefono que aparece en expedia NO es el correcto, fue estresante. En el lugar habia acceso controlado, camaras y te daba seguridad, pero definitivamente NO es una zona que se sienta segura para salir a caminar, ni con opciones de comida cerca, no volveria a hospedarme ahi.

La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones y es muy agradable, el único issue y que no mencionan en la descripción es que los domingos se pone un tianguis afuera y que si traes auto tienes solo dos opciones levantarte temprano (tipo 6 de la mañana) a buscar un estacionamiento cercano o quedarte encerrado hasta que levanten el tianguis que bloquea la salida

Al reservar te dan un precio pero ya unos días te piden un depósito para cualquier imprevisto que el cuál nunca mencionan al reservar o antes de no puedes accesar al.lugar hasta que hagas ese depósito te mandan un código de barra que el lector d ella.puerta trada en leer, marcar al alojamiento nadie te contestan nunca el lugar no está en un lugar muy seguro nadie te informan nada, el lugar no e amuy limpio los utensilios que te enseñan en fotos no los hay muchas cosas están inservibles no te da opción de elegir habitaciones te mandan al que les parezca y nada que ver con las.fotos que te muestran en la app sinceramente no regresaría. Los alrededores hay mucha inseguridad da miedo salir de noche, hago incapié que no contestan nunca los mensajes que tú marcas o que te ponen ahí ni a la app le contestan nunca recibimos resolución ni de xpedia para comunicarnos con los encargados del lugar
