It was an excellent apartment. located in a prime location. There is noise from traffic if you are a light sleeper, but otherwise and great apartmet close to Chapultepec parks and Palenco neighborhood. Easy to find and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Location, location, location. Literally minutes from Chapultapec park. The Polenco neighbor is a little pricy, but anything you could need is very close by. I also enjoyed how quirky the hotel was. My partner and I speculated that it may have been a former scientist's lab.

I believe they said that rooms with balconies are very noisy. Ours was one with a balcony. However, everything else was amazing and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were immaculate and the air conditioning was ice cold. An amazing place to say.

The property is in a fantastic location in Polanco. The room was spacious and had enough room for our family of Faure to spread out. The bathroom is very generous. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The only negative was that housekeeping did not keep up with our requests or thoroughly clean the floor.
