Our hotel stay was mostly good, with small improvement ideas that could make a big difference in the rooms! The staff is friendly, the lobby is lovely, and the location is wonderful for exploring Roma Norte. We stayed in a Deluxe room, because of the giant tiled bathtub, which was magnificent! I wish the room had maybe an extra table, and/or a couple hooks to hang things on. We felt like we had nowhere to put our towels anywhere near the tub/shower. A mini fridge would also be a huge help, because we wanted to bring back some beers and snacks to the room. And finally, the bedding left us pretty chilly at night, so an actual comforter would've been good. Overall though, this is a very good value for the price!

Basic hotel, but clean and functional. Great location - close to restaurants and shops in Roma Norte, and only a 5 minute walk to the Cuauhtémoc Métro station on the #1 Line (most properties in Roma Norte are much further away). The hotel has a nice dining area, and simple items are offered for breakfast. Good value!

During my stay at UNIKo LIVING ROMA. At the time of checking I got a room right by the elevator lots of noice. I asked the front desk to please change me to another room where it can be more quiet and be bake to rest. Front desk answers was there was no MORE rooms available. All of a sudden “bingo” I got a different room. When got to the new room I was facing the street and a club. I was not able to sleep the whole night lots of noice coming from outside. I was vwry disappointed of the location as well as the staff of the hotel with the accommodation in place. The location wasn’t the greatest.

Almost everything about this place is actually great. Wonderful value for the money. What you see on the pics is what you get. Staff is super friendly. It’s clean and well located. There were two things that were bothering. To begin with the room gets very very cold at night, there is no heating and no a/c. The shower is hot however and has good pressure. The second thing is that you can easily hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me too much. Lots of noise from the street but with earplugs that wasn’t an issue.

Nos gustó la estancia a mi, y mi familia; está muy bien todo.Es importante la educación, empatía y respeto de aquellos visitantes. Lo comento porque te dan desayuno de cortesía de autoservicio, puedes utilizar la cocineta a la hora que gustes, incluyendo un refrigerador, todo está en muy buenas condiciones, sin embargo hay personas que no lavan su traste que ensuciaron, así como la limpieza de boronas en mesas, etc. por poner un ejemplo; el hotel tiene personal que está al tanto de la higiene, pero es una regla ser autónomo en ese sentido. Para que este tipo de negocios mantengan sus tarifas creo que depende de los usuarios también. My family and I enjoyed our stay; everything is very well maintained. It is important for guests to show good manners, empathy, and respect. I mention this because a complimentary self-service breakfast is provided, and you can use the kitchenette at any time, including a refrigerator. Everything is in very good condition; however, there are people who do not wash the dishes they used or clean crumbs from the tables, just to give an example. The hotel has staff who take care of hygiene, but it is a rule to be autonomous in this regard. For this type of business to maintain its rates, I believe it also depends on the guests. 매우 좋아요. 非常好. とても良いです.
