I really enjoyed my stay. The location was super convenient and made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, the room was very clean and fresh, which was especially great with the hot weather in the city lately, everything was comfortable, and overall it just felt like a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. The responsiveness of the staff to all questions on WhatsApp was excellent. We had a very late arrival from Canada and the code to access the room, and the 24 hour security ensured we had no problems. A very comfortable and cozy two bedroom apartment for a three night stay down from Canada in the very safe and walkable area of Polanco was excellent. We asked for food recommendations, ate at three places they recommended and they were all excellent. Highly recommend.
