Location is safe, it’s right across from a designer brand mall. But there’s not much else around worth walking to. There’s no keys! So you need to ring a doorbell every time you get back, sometimes it would take several minutes for security to come to the door. We had a balcony over looking the street and the noise was unbearable. I did not get good sleep- max 3-4 hrs a night due to noise level. Water didn’t get hot enough, elevator is small and slow, and no iron or blow dryer! Basic things that should be included were not. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony had a nice view and was well kept. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Check-in process was very simple and easy. Jorge and Mariana helped us feel at home and made sure all of our needs were met. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

What a fab hotel in a central part of Palenco. It provided so much space and comfort with so many thoughtful details. big favorites were the memory foam pillows, the robes and the Nespresso machine. A few minor considerations - the bathroom is quite small although completely functional. And the lighting for the mirror was not great for women to do makeup - a problem all over the world. The hotel is next to an atrium where children gather and are joyful but noisy, including until about 10pm at night. The staff are outstanding, friendly and super helpful. Especially the nightguard and Valeria the daytime staff person. In short, if we were coming again to CDMC we would absolutely choose this hotel again for the incredible comfort, ease, simplicty and good service.
