The area is amazing and you’ll be able to easily walk into Roma Norte and Condesa. We stayed in the PH and while we didn’t use the patio a lot it was nice to have the natural light. I will say the only thing is the patio doesn’t feel as private as you might like as it’s only sectioned off by a moderate partition leading to the laundry room, gym and communal rooftop. BUT it’s still very very lovely. There’s a bit of noise from the neighbouring building - only to consider if you’re a light sleeper but they do provide earplugs. Loved the staff and they were wonderful about checking in, communication and storing our bags. We would absolutely return.

We stayed at ULIV Roma for about a week and had a great stay, all staff were extra friendly and accommodating, security was excellent, and they took extra steps to make our stay a lovely experience. The area is away from the busy part of Roma Norte, in a quieter area but with a ton of cafes, dining and cocktail options, we frequented many within a 1 or 2 block radius. It was very walkable to the main parts of Roma, Condessa, and several other areas, if you’re a walker. Ubers from the hotel to further areas was easy and inexpensive. Our room was nice & a good size, I didn’t see when booking that housekeeping was extra, but we didn’t spend much that time at the hotel, so we made do, and any extras we needed, like toilet paper etc, they provided. We could have used a few more towels but we didn’t ask. All in all an amazing price and stay, and I highly recommend.

Place and location were fantastic. Studio was clean and spacious. I was on the top floor so laundry, some weights and the terrace was outside my door. Staff is great. Even when my digital locking system needed rebooting they were there to help immediately Highly recommend

The staff was nice and check in was easy. Staff communicated the entire stay and security was accommodating. The neighborhood felt safe and it was walkable with restaurants and cafes nearby. Although the room seemed clean, I sneezed the entire time I was there. I also didn’t sleep well during my stay. Lastly the room I stayed in was on the top floor and there was no elevator. When other guests would smoke it would come in my room. And when I brought it up to staff they minimized my concern. I would stay there again, but would request a bigger room.

Room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff at front desk were all friendly and helpful. The Roma Norte neighbourhood is great for walking around and very safe—more low key urban residential feel with lots of cafes and some great bars.

Good location walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Clean property, however feel the 1 complimentary cleaning should have been provided at the midpoint of the stay and not towards the end. Friendly staff but did not speak English ( except for one) which was very disappointing. If you have a concierge, communication in critical. Basic kitchen which we did not use except for the fridge. No kettle used Microwave to heat water. No elevator therefore not able to access terrace.

The security guard was really helpful. Even with the language barrier, their customer service was good. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a stove. There are also plates, cutleries(spoons, knives, and forks).If you want to cook there are some supermarkets around the area that's walking distance. Lots of good restaurants to eat at that is also walkable.

Friendly staff, great location, and nice little space with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Just a quick overnight stay, but I’d recommend it and would stay here again.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my room. I was a little concerned that the smallest room option was going to feel like a closet. It did not give me that impression whatsoever! The size was just right and was beautifully decorated and well conditioned.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. For our room being right by the street the noise outside was not noticeable. The walking distance to everything around was also helpful since most stops we wanted to visit was a walking distance from the hotel. I would go back if I plan to travel back to Mexico City.
