We had a deluxe room on the first floor and our entrance way had a window face the lobby. There was not enough coverage from the window to block people from seeing inside. Was very awkward when taking a shower as the hallway was visible to the lobby from this window.

A friend of mine recommended this property and I thought he was exaggerating when he said “I would never stay anywhere else”… after our stay i completely agree. Friendly staff, the parking lot and amenities without hidden fees, we walked every where to the amazing food options, the metro station right in the corner , Mexican hospitality at its best… our family can’t wait to come back this place made our trip to Mexico City feel like the best vacation

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We got there before check in time and we were able to leave our bags and they offered a conference room with lounges to let us rest after our flight. Reception is 24 hours . Felt really safe. ** housekeeping not included with reservation must be requested one day in advance and is an additional fee.

Very recommended. Everything was perfect. The only bad thing maybe due to polution is that your socks get dirty very quick if you are not wearing shoes inside the room. Or maybe they do not clean the floors that often and maybe that is why. But everything else is perfect. I would come back if I visit the city again.

Wouldn’t recommend, was surprised by the rating ! Bad: Plumbing was very smelly. The whole trip (we bought room spray to help). I felt nauseous upon arrival. Worst water pressure of anywhere Ive ever stayed. I have long hair and it was awful! Coffee tables in the living room is chipped/ stained, blinds dirty in the living room. Couch had a big melted mark on it. Couch very unfinished Kitchen: no salt, pepper or oils to cook with Coffee 3 pods for 6 days (we bought our own and they did refill once cleaning) Toilet paper- we were there 6 nights (they gave us 1 roll… we had to ask for more) Good things: Staff was nice. Especially ISAAC spacious, kitchen had everything we needed (no salt, pepper or oils to cook with though. ) Beds comfortable (I like a hard bed) Windows on street side quite good for noise reduction Spacious overall- bathroom/ living room Rooftop is nice (but couldn’t figure out the lights at night) Area is fairly close to roma norte & condessa, but some transient people (looks rough at night upon arrival but quickly got more comfortable during the day) Nice coffee shop next door

This is our second year staying here. The first time was when it was still Sonder, and I can say that this year was a very different experience — in a positive way. Starting with the booking process, the attention and service were excellent. Our arrival and the welcome from the front desk were truly a highlight of our experience — everyone was very kind and courteous. The room was super clean when we arrived, everything was well-equipped, and the bed and sofas were very comfortable. We love that it has an excellent location, with everything nearby (tacos, Oxxo, metro station, etc.). We didn’t get a chance to visit the other areas like RT, but we’ll definitely be coming back next year.
