The place was very clean! The hot water in the shower wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. The bed is very, very firm. Also, it was cold when we went so the room was freezing. There is no heat option. The communication is amazing as well as the free laundry. The front desk staff are great and very friendly. The area is very safe!!

Everyone from the staff was super attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was exactly as it was described, including how loud it is to sleep with you being able to hear all the traffic. Earplugs significantly reduce the noise so that is why I give them a 5-star and not less.

The apartment was very clean and towels were fluffy too. Kitchen had all the utensils, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, knives available! In the laundry room, the washing machines had some issues but the staff were very helpful and assisted to resolve them, especially Isaac! Even a security lady, Ilse assisted. All the staff were very friendly and I cannot praise them enough for their kindness! The location was central and the Metrobus station is a short distance from the building with cafes, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance! We will definitely stay at ULIV again when we visit Mexico City!

ULIV Pulse Roma Condesa is a great place to stay in Mexico City. The apartment is modern clean and very comfortable and feels more like a home than a hotel. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed a clean bathroom and a well equipped kitchen which is perfect for longer stays. The views are beautiful and the rooftop is awesome especially in the evening. They also have a gym and a play room which is a nice bonus. A big plus is the free washer and dryer which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location in Roma Condesa is excellent with plenty of cafes restaurants and shops nearby. Overall it is a comfortable well maintained place and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really nice staff, muy servicial. Llegamos en la madrugada y nos quedamos en el quarto de espera con todo. Se puede oír el elevador pero todo estaba muy bien cuidado y Tacos la Chula están buenísimos en la esquina.
