This was the ideal place to stay in Mexico City. The apartment was so quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We went to the restaurant Toscano Polanco just down the street four times because it was so good as was the popular yogurt place next door. The neighborhood, which online was called the Beverly Hills of Mexico City, matched the billing. So safe and clean.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and organized with everything ready to be used. The accessibility, safety, along with the friendliness of the staff are topnotch. Kudos to Eduardo, security guard, for being an excellent 'host'.

Arrived after midnight, Eduardo met us at the door, helped with our bags and escorted us to our room. He was awesome. All interactions with him and the other staff were amazing. The mattress in the primary bedroom was a bit on the soft side and my wife would’ve loved to have more mirrors for putting on her makeup. Great location easy walks to shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. We plan on visiting again.
