The room was very clean, very spacious. Staff was great. The only thing we don’t get to enjoy was the rooftop. It was closed due to a private event.

I’m surprised this place has a good rating. The hotel is spacious and the location is fairly good, but there were several issues. There is no cleaning service for stays under 7 days, and when we asked for clean towels and mugs, they never showed up. The towels were old and not soft. On top of that, there is construction right next door that makes sleeping impossible after 7:30 a.m., and street noise can be heard all night.

Room size was great, but there were a few hiccups, the shower door wouldn’t remain shut, the floors were dirty, either they weren't swept or cleaned before our arrival, outlet in the bathroom wasn’t functional, tv was crooked, and a panel by the window was peeling off, could have beeb a hazard if we had kids. On the plus side, the front desk personnel was really nice, we were walkable distance from some great dining areas, the view was splendid. We felt very safe and secure.

I was under the impression that I was going to get a higher level apartment based on the reservation. I was booked on the 1st floor. The apartment was in generally good shape but there were signs of dirty spots and hair on the floor, bed and couch.

This was a great place to stay in Roma Norte area. Easy walk to great restaurants, parks, etc. Would definitely recommend. The only issue staying in this area is the noise. It is close to two main intersections where there’s quite a bit of traffic all day and most of the night. We were sincerely grateful to the front desk staff. They were very kind and attentive.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. My first room had a broken shower, mould, grime and was in poor condition. Staff were often loud in the corridor, playing music and having conversations late at night. After asking for repairs, no one arrived, so I was moved to another room where the shower leaked badly and one morning there was no running water at all. The hotel also sent frequent unsolicited WhatsApp messages. Staff were generally curt and unhelpful, and the hotel has ignored all follow-up emails. For the price, this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend.

The room was simple. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was not convenient, nowhere to hang wet towels and not super clean. Also i arrived late at night and did not notice that the patio door to the emergency stairs/balcony was propped open all night. I had also booked at another ULIV accidently which was not their fault but it seemed super complicated to rebook me at the hotel i showed up to. They were unable to accomodate me, or help me. It seemed really weird to the person behind the desk that i booked at a hotel with essentially the same name, and in the same neighborhood.
