Second time in this hotel, the same big issue persists, Great location, supee friendly staff, good gym , and incredible rooftop , The noise the noise and the noise, coming from everywhere, The corridors when people walks or even whisper outaide you can hear them. Plus the street noise, the isolation sypsger is very poor and not sure why to this level, If the noise if not an issue then i highly recommend this hotel, you won t need more u have it all

Rooms need some fresh painting. Hot water runs out fast. Don’t stay in the city view suites, it’s loud outside. Cars honking at all hours of the day and night. BUT it’s a nice neighborhood to stay at, walkable.

Staff was lovely they did what they could to accommodate us. However the room was not as advertised! It looked really banged up for a premier room and while the main parts of the room looked like the picture it was not up to par. The walls had scratches/dings, furniture had stains and there was even paint splatter on the floor all which the staff said was due to wear from previous occupants. Staff told us they cleaned the best they could and that the rooms are only repainted once a month. We were also not aware we wouldn’t have our rooms cleaned/towels/sheets etc unless paying additionally. They did give us a free clean but when we returned to our room we could tell the main kitchen had been cleaned but the towels were just folded up dirty! One of the towels had a stain so there was no way they swapped the towels out if the same stained one was there. Separately we did not know the room didn’t include heat. We requested a heater and one was provided thankfully. While the location and view was nice but I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean, just things like one of the blinds did not fully lower and the bathroom drawers on in very bad shape. It’s the little things that really add up and asking for new towels that have dark stains on it, only 2 Nespresso capsules left for a 10 night stay! Water pressure was not the best but manageable, lots of scuff marks on the walls, like just paint it. The view from the Grand room on the 13 floor was Amazing but the noise is unbelievable, believe all the reviews it’s on a very busy multiple lane intersection and the honking is all night, the windows are thin so it doesn’t help much, the rooftop is very nice, overall a good stay in a great area and good value for the money. Lastly the laundry room it took 7 tries on both floors over multiple days to find a machine not in use, or not broken, most of the time it was workers washing many small colourful cloth towels!??? Like either provide paid machines for guests or not have employees use machines that guests need to use, very annoying, I switched to another close-by Uliv and enjoy it more.
