Check-in was fast and easy as it literally took under 5 minutes. Apartment was very clean upon our arrival. Staff cleaned our room on 4th day as we traveled for a week. Management is easily accessible via email or WhatsApp. Highly recommend.

The place needs work , the shower doesn’t work properly and not very clean , the walls are dirty and pretty damaged throughout the apartment. I expected more. The pillows very uncomfortable, probably very used.

When we arrived it took too long to give us the room but beside that the most sad thing was the person who went to clean the apartment we prefer not to say at that moment but (she/he) stole charger cellphone, my daughter earrings of gold and my mom luggage had a hole in the inferior zipper because it has a lock and steal money it was her birthday and when we come back to the apartment it was so sad to see the only day we ask for housekeeping we found that …. I would like to let know the owner he has very bad staff in that… we will never go back there and I don’t recommend it at all

The Staff is very Professional and Kind especially Monica and the Young Lady Manager on duty . The only suggestion would be the lack of Air Conditioning that was totally out of control for the sweetest staff we have encountered in Mexico City . Thank you and we will see you again ! ☺️

Close to everything, clean, had all amenities needed and very friendly staff. Our only concern was the loudness every morning from the school loud speaker & students heard outside our bedroom windows. The host left ear plugs for guests however, guests should know ahead of time of the level of noise during the school week if they are in an apartment on that side of the building. The bedroom curtains should fully cover the windows to keep the lights from shining in at night & the sun in the morning.

Muy bonito el departamento y limpio ! Muy buena zona para hospedarse ! Solo podrían mejorar en dejar más papel de baño, eran 3 baños y somos 6 personas y solo había 3 rollos de papel y en la cocina faltan algunas cosas pero en general si me volvería a quedar y lo recomendaría
