The pictures look great, however in person the room (especially the bathroom) is not clean and not well maintained. The place could benefit from a deep clean. I believe the place used to be a Sonder, however the new management doesn't seem to have the same cleanliness standards. The location however is 10/10. Great neighborhood and close to many restaurants and shops. There is a 24 hour reception and a safe place to leave your luggage, which is very convenient.

A few days would have been totally fine in the hotel but I stayed for a week and by the end I felt it was basic. House keeping and extra towels incur a further charge. The kitchen area is fine for making hot drinks but I couldn’t imagine actually cooking in the room. I felt like I was sleeping in the corner of an office. The main disappointment was the bathroom which was in need of refurbishment. The tap was falling off the wall when I arrived and although it was fixed the following morning, the water temperature and pressure was temperamental. The plus side is it’s in a great location for all the sites and easy for uber

Awesome apartment

Very well located. Apartment is small but functional and with a great view outside. Building has gym and large patio. Check-in process was smooth. Parking is available. Overall great stay.

I have stayed at other Uliv properties and loved them. However, this one was less than ideal. The rooms were small with very poor lighting and only a small mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom was not particularly well cleaned. The staff was polite and the gym amenities were fine and the hotel is located near walkable restaurants. I did have the least expensive room, but in comparison to the other Uliv properties, I would prefer not to rebook here with this room type.

I’ve stayed at ULIV properties 4 times in the past year, this is the first time at the cibeles location. The male receptionist was not rude but not nice. I asked for coffee pods which I’ve done before and he said they were a on time courtesy. The balcony’s left side glass panel was very loose, which was concerning. Finally the shampoo and conditioner were watered down, and the soap and moisturizer bottles at the sink were both filled with moisturizer. Not a bad experience, but Cibeles La Cima definitely set a high standard.
