The Palms Apartment, is a glam-style huge flat located in Polanco, Mexico City's fanciest neighborhood.

Located on a peaceful street, Palms is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy all that Mexico City has to offer. With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this remote workers heaven is unique 200 megas WiFi and is perfect to work or relax.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: King sized comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King sized comfortable bed, hammock and workspace.
Bedroom 3: Queen and full sized comfortable beds and workspace.
Bedroom 4: Queen comfortable bed and half bathroom next to it through a roofed balcony. This bedroom was the service chamber and it was adapted to be a super comfortable.
Living Area: sofa, bench, dining table for 8, working table, TV with Roku and more.
Kitchen: fridge, microwave, coffee-maker with complimentary grounds, dishware, water heater, tea, sandwich maker, toaster and everything you need for short or long stays.

Bathroom 1 & 2: walk-in shower, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer, iron/board).
Bathroom 3: It's half bathroom, only toilet.

Dormitorio 3: cómodas camas tamaño queen y matrimoniales y espacio de trabajo.

Dormitorio 4: Cómoda cama Queen y medio baño al lado a través de un balcón techado. Este dormitorio era la cámara de servicio y fue adaptado para ser súper cómodo.

Sala de estar: sofá, banco, mesa de comedor para 8 personas, mesa de trabajo, TV con Roku y más.

Cocina: nevera, microondas, cafetera con posos de cortesía, vajilla, calentador de agua, tetera, sandwichera, tostadora y todo lo necesario para estancias cortas o largas.

Baño 1 y 2: cabina de ducha, artículos de tocador (jabón, champú, acondicionador, toallas, secador de pelo, plancha/tabla).

Baño 3: Es medio baño, solo sanitario.

Guest Access:
You can cook, rest, and go in an out as you want.
No guests are allowed in the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 4 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability.

Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $450 per day.

If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask.

Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance.

Identity cards of all the guests are required by the building’s administration.

Parking spot is shared with another car so you must leave the keys available (we’ll send you a pdf of how) so the neighbor can leave early in the morning for work, he’ll return the car to the same spot. Please don’t forget to close the garage door every time.

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.

*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).

*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

Tenemos una estadía mínima de dos noches. El check-in comienza a las 4:00 p.m. y el check-out debe ser antes de las 11:00 a.m. Si necesita registrarse temprano, háganoslo saber y lo intentaremos según la disponibilidad.

La limpieza final está incluida en el precio del alquiler, pero si desea tener un servicio de limpieza completo durante su estadía, se puede proporcionar por un cargo adicional de $450 por día.

Si necesitas toallas, almohadas o mantas extra no dudes en preguntar.

Servicio de lavandería bajo petición con cargo extra según importe. Por favor pregunte con 24 horas de antelación.

La administración del edificio exige los documentos de identidad de todos los huéspedes.

La plaza de aparcamiento es compartida con otro coche por lo que deberás dejar las llaves disponibles (te enviaremos un pdf de cómo hacerlo) para que el vecino pueda salir temprano por la mañana a trabajar, te devolverá el coche en el mismo lugar. No olvide cerrar la puerta del garaje cada vez.

**Una vez realizada la reserva no se puede reducir el número de huéspedes ni de noches. Así como tampoco cambios de fecha.

*En la Ciudad de México no utilizamos calentadores ni aire acondicionado. Recomendamos estar atento al pronóstico del tiempo y empacar en consecuencia con la ropa que mejor se adapte al clima :).

*La Ciudad de México ha experimentado cortes de agua en la zona. Ante una posible escasez de agua, estaremos atentos en todo momento.

Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.

The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
