Beautiful, 5 star boutique hotel located in upscale and charming Polanco. Rooms are beautifully appointed, welcoming lobby that is spotless with amenities you find in a large 5 star hotel.....turn down service, room service , etc. and a very attentive staff. This hotel has all of the style and luxury of larger hotels but without the crowds.

The Alest in Polanco was an outstanding stay. A small, elegant boutique hotel just steps from Masaryk, with some of the best dining and shopping in Mexico City literally a minute away. What truly sets this property apart is the personal attention. You are not one of thousands of guests; here everyone knows your name, and the experience feels private, warm, and exclusive, almost as if the hotel were your own home in Polanco. Beautiful design, elegance, great amenities, excellent dining, and exceptional service throughout. We also loved how safe and comfortable the area felt walking to and from Masaryk at any hour. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury boutique experience in Mexico City.

Everything was perfect. Location was beautiful. Near multiple fancy restaurants and just three blocks away you had food stands that were clean and you could find anything you could think of. From gorditas, huaraches, sea food and even fresh juices. The hotel was clean, and perfect for those instagram photos. Personnel was professional, respectful and kind.
