Primero, el día del check in , escribí temprano para notificar sobre mi reserva y saber las indicaciones porque aunque reserve con dos días de anticipación , nadie te contacta ni te dicen que hay instrucciones especiales, más tarde me pidieron la identificación de los huéspedes, para inmediatamente la envié y especifiqué que solo era una persona , avisé que iba para el alojamiento, nadie me respondió , estuve una hora afuera esperando en la calle con maletas para que me abrieran o que me mandaran clave , estuve llamando , escribiendo y nadie me contestó, más tarde insistí y por fin me contestaron y me pedían la identificación de la otra persona para mandarme claves a lo que respondí que ya había notificado que era una sola persona , me mandaron claves sin ningún tipo de disculpa o explicación de porque me dejaron esperando tanto tiempo Dos , me llevé la sorpresa de que el alojamiento no tenía regadera , era compartida , me dijeron que así la había seleccionado , sin embargo, jamás puse atención en ese detalle porque al reservar a través de un sitio serio como hoteles.com no pensé que se tratara de una tipo vecindad o pensión donde hay que compartir la regadera con otros huéspedes Tres. Se escucha mucho ruido y no se puede descansar Todo mal

En general la estancia estuvo tranquila y cómoda, solo Mejoraría el aislamiento del ruido. Se escucha bastante entre habitaciones aunque hablen a Un volumen normal. Igualmente el Check in tardó como 20 minutos en responder, eso igual podría mejorar.

Fue fácil llegar; los accesos también. La habitación que me asignaron no era la de la fotografía; no se hizo limpieza durante el tiempo que estuve y me encontré con telarañas, arañas vivas y mucho cabello de diferentes personas - largo, corto, negro, cano, teñido... Necesitan poner más cuidado con la limpieza. También me encontré con que las cortinas no funcionaban; estaban atoradas o trabadas.

La gente fue muy amable, pero el lugar no vale la pena. Cometí el error de no ver que el baño es compartido y eso está pésimo. Además, el baño está sucio y descuidado, no tiene mantenimiento desde hace tiempo. En la regadera no tiene azulejo, sino solo pintura y ya está sucia y vieja. Fue muy incómodo. La habitación se ve bien, y está cómoda, pero no tiene ni un gancho para colgar la ropa. Y no hay tranquilidad, al parecer es parte de una casa familiar, y el pasillo de las habitaciones es el de entrada también de la familia, porque pasan por ahí a cualquier hora, gritándose, con un perro ladrando, y no se siente privacidad ni comodidad. De hecho, me sentía tan incómodo que no salí a cenar ya una noche.
