Yes. Only suggestion is to have a hair dryer for the ladies and it would be nice if you threw a couple of water bottles per stay even if at a charge. We arrived very late at night and had to go to a convenience store for the water. Everything else was great. Thanks.

esta muy bien ubicado en la zona de Santa Fe, la habitación esta cómoda, cuenta con una mini nevera, lavabo, horno y microondas lo que lo hace perfecto por si necesitas pasar mas de una noche ahí. El estacionamiento cuesta 150 pesos por 24 hrs. En mi caso, no se si por el tipo de reserva que hice no me especificaron lo del estacionamiento. En general muy buen lugar.

I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent. The hotel staff checked my wellbeing during the nigh at my room and dmsent me a complimentary frui breakfast the following morning. This hotel is an excellent place to stay, clean, excellently maintained, corteous staff, excellent location near of restaurants, pharmacies, an impressive shopping mall and close to many important businesses centres. If you want to stay nearby downtown or the airport this hotel may not be the best shop, but for those who want to stay near the vibrant zones of Polanco, Interlomas and Lomas de Chapultepec this property is an excellent choice.

Extraordinary value

This hotel is a very practical and excellent choice for those who are interested in staying in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City, it may be somewhat farther from tourist attractions, but it is such a good value that I would still recommend it. All the rooms are suites, which means ample space, a kitchenette, mine even came wit a washer dryer combo, so it’s an excellent choice for short and long stays. The property is 100 meters away from the awesome Santa Fe shopping centre, which boasts fantastic shopping options for all budgets and ages, 40 (!) restaurants without counting dozens of fast food outlets, amazing movie theatres and bowling courts and is 150 meters away from the new train transportation to Toluca city. The decor is minimalistic, so it’s not luxurious, but comfortable and practical and I always enjoyed good service with a smile from all its staff, I was even given an upgrade when checking in, so I will always stay on this hotel when travelling to Mexico City.
