I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had an outstanding experience. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff did an outstanding job throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also a major plus—it's conveniently situated near many of the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. However, there was one notable issue with the bathroom. The shower door didn’t close completely, which caused water to spill across the bathroom floor each time I used it. I ended up having to use most of the towels to dry the area. I reported the problem, but unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay. Aside from that inconvenience, everything else was great. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this could easily be a perfect place to stay.

There was a problem with the AC and they responded immediately, courtesly and professionaly. The hotel is beautiful. 24 hour front desk service and everyone in the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. My 5 day stay was beyond pleasant.

The location is the best part of the hotel. Reforma is close to everything. Easy for Ubers to pick you up out drop you off. I did eat at the restaurant once and the food was great. The staff is great and professional. If you look lost they’ll approach you and offer assistance. The daily cleaning was great as well.
