Fue complicada la entrada no dejaban entrar hasta que el que renta te registre y tardaron, el Depa bien pero el control de la TV no servía y un cuarto no prendía luces el control de la regadera salía o muy fría o muy caliente pero en fin para dormir y ya x, pero si no llevas tiempo eso lo complica todo

Estacionamiento y check in fallas

Las instituciones para el check in llegaron muy tarde a pesar de que busqué como contactarlos directamente. Adicionalmente en la publicación decía que tenía estacionamiento y a la mera hora no respetaron mi derecho a estacionarme y tuve que pagar $250 de estacionamiento en una pensión que a 3 cuadras.

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, amplio, muy recomendable. Como área de oportunidad es complicado entrar al estacionamiento pero una vez resuelto es un buen lugar.

Me hicieron un cambio de ubicación de hospedaje porque me comentaron que sobre vendieron el hospedaje , me dieron un departamento más grande. Lo único que me incomodó fue que me pudieran que pasara a recoger las llaves a otra dirección para después ir al departamento que me habían asignado . Yo viajaba con maletas no llevaba auto para moverme por lo que me negué a hacer eso y solicite que ellos me entregarán las llaves en el lugar donde me iban a hospedar. Al final si me entregaron las llaves en el departamento del hospedaje .

Muy mala comunicación con la administración. Se tardaron demasiado en contestar por WhatsApp y por llamada nunca contestaron. Lo peor es que cuando entramos al apartamento que nos asignaron ¡ya había huéspedes adentro! Tuvieron que asignarnos otra habitación pero yo ya me sabía la clave de acceso de la otra habitación, lo cual seguramente causó mucha inconformidad de los otros huéspedes. Repito. Pésima comunicación con la administración por WhatsApp. Nunca nos explicaron donde estaba el estacionamiento, afuera del edificio no hay donde parar, es una avenida concurrida con policías esperando para multarte. Todo mal. No lo recomiendo.

Desde que llegas no sabes cuál es el lugar para estacionarte ni el lobby, la zona insegura y con mucho ruido, la habitación sin ventilación ni ventanas abiertas, el vecino con un perro que no deja de ladrar, la alberca por lo que íbamos sin funcionar y sin previo aviso, no me reembolsaron ni un peso y solo estuve 2 horas en ese lugar, no me quedé ni una sola noche y había reservado para dos noches...
