Upon arrival was provided a room which was not clean as if someone had just checked out and the room had not been cleaned. Which was quickly resolved and we were provided an alternate room. The pool area wasn’t attended to and accessing towels was a hassle. On our final day of the stay the power and hot water went out. We were unable to shower due to the freezing water. The hotel offered to comp us a stay and it failed to make true to its promise. It’s been months and never received anything.

The hotel is old, rooms are old, TV anthena works sometimes, cant use apps there. The worst was the Internet connection, slow, not good range on the wifi, and If you want a good connection level, they will charge you after signing a contract (Like if you were a Pro Hacker)... Shower is old, full of plaque and the water pressure is low...

The room was ok but dates. The staff were adequate just not friendly or helpful. I had one interaction where I felt like the lady was treating me like I was just a random person in the hotel not a guest. Business center has limited hours so not really usable. I think the place is fine, just not over the top with service or features.

Total waste of time to ask staff for a Mexican invoice, the process is primitive, you have to send an email with your tax id, to an address that does not reply. For business travelers who require this to justify or deduct expense is inexcusable and inaceptable

Yes, room was in good condition and staff was courteous however the card key didn't work and no effort was done to get me another room. It took about an hour from initial check in to getting a new room.
