A large and well-designed hotel that has unfortunately aged without having had the best maintenance, perhaps it could return to its former glories or even surpass the 5-star rating, but it definitely needs a radical renovation that seems unlikely to happen.

Me gustó que pudieron proporcionarme una silla de ruedas cuando mi hijo se accidentó y no podía caminar. No me gustó que el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no sirve, solicité lo revisaran y el técnico del servicio me indicó que “asi era”, le mostré que el aire salía tibio a lo que contestó que esa era su forma de funcionar. Llamé a la recepción para pedir cambio de habitación a lo que me indicaron que el quinto piso era el que tenía aire acondicionado con mayor potencia y que si me cambiaban estaría igual o peor. No me dieron solución. Tuve que solicitar un ventilador, me enviaron uno de torre ruidoso. Pregunté por el refrigerador y contestaron que desde pandemia no sirven. Mi hijo tuvo un fuerte accidente al cortarse con un vaso de vidrio en la habitación, me dijeron que no había servicio médico y que podían solicitar servicio externo con costo de 3500 pesos. No ofrecieron apoyo alguno. Personal no capacitado para accidentes ni atención de primeros auxilios, falta de empatía y atención en este sentido.
