La limpieza en el cuarto y principalmente en la cama, debido a que encontramos un insecto y su picadura produjo una alergia a mi pareja. Pero el personal de limpieza actuó debidamente y nos ofreció otra recámara, trato y servicio excelente. Después de lo sucedido, el gerente no dio la cara a dicho problema.
