It is perfect if you are in and out of your room, Wi-Fi wasn’t accessible in the room area, towels arrived 1 day late had to ask twice. Check in was Super easy and lobby area is very comfortable they held our bags till we were ready to leave to the airport on the day of departure. It is a very noisy area not far from the zocalo. People and cars are none stop. Not an area for a light sleeper. Overall 5 stars and will be returning.

La habitación nunca fue limpiada por el personal incluso cuando puse el letrero en la puerta de "por favor asear la habitación" así como también solcitarlo en recepción. Estuvimos fuera del hotel toda la tarde y regresamos en la noche y la habítación seguía tal cual la dejamos

It's a nice and modern hotel in the historic center, very close to all the things you need as a tourist. The area is very quiet at night, as there are tons of shops that are closed. My deluxe room was very big and cleaned daily. Overall, a great experience.
