The Loft is located on the fourth level, it has a queen size bed with memory foam, kitchenette, Smart TV, air conditioning, WiFi and private bathroom.

A complete room, thought out and designed so that you can enjoy and rest as if you were at home.

Elevator access to the main lobby, parking lot and floor 4 (where the room is located) and floor 7 Gym

Access to the roof garden via stairs.

We have a receptionist from 7am to 11pm and security personnel 24 hours a day.
We also provide assistance by phone and message if you need assistance during your stay.

It is located in a very complete area of CDMX since the Honorable Guest can find a variety of services according to their needs.
Located very close to the Francisco Márquez Olympic Pool.

15 minutes away you can visit the Frida Kahlo Museum, which is the most representative cultural venue of the Mexican artist, as well as containing an important part of her artistic legacy.
We are located near La Calzada Tlalpan which has connection to several points in CDMX, just 40 minutes from the Mexico City Airport and 60 minutes from the North Bus Station.

We are just 2 blocks from the Eje Central metro station.
We are 1 block from the city trolley bus.

Area with easy access to main avenue. You can use car or bicycle. Safe walking area.

The rooms are only for two people, when booking you must mention the number of occupants and their names, since only the people mentioned in the reservation will be given access.

Important points you should know:

• Our check-in begins at 3:00 pm, as well as our check-out at 11:00 am. If you want to make the Late check out it is necessary to notify at least 3 hours before, making a charge of $450 (mxn). (This as long as we have availability)

• If you get cold, you can find a blanket stored in the closet.
• For cooking, you will be able to find the necessary basic accessories, all available in the kitchenette.
• In case you have excess garbage, please place it in the container located in the corner of the Roof Garden. (bags tightly closed please)

• It is forbidden to wander and be in areas of the building, only access to the main Lobby, 7th floor and Roof Garden (it is a common area) is allowed.

• The terrace located on the 8th floor (Roof Garden) is shared with the other guests; the hours of use are from 10 am to 8 pm, so it is not possible to hold meetings or events.

• The established quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am (We request to be prudent with the volume of the TV, since most of the guests come to rest or work)

• The consumption of illegal substances in the Loft is prohibited.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the Loft or the building.

• Visiting is not allowed.

• It is prohibited to hold parties or gatherings inside the accommodation.

• Access is not allowed to people not registered in the reservation. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

• Cleaning is included once a week for long stays (2 weeks minimum), let us know through the app which day suits you best.
