We had the most wonderful stay in Mexico City! Onto is a very luxurious place to enjoy. Walking distance from many Michelin star restaurants, lots of fun places to shop, and many cool cocktail bars. The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The shower products smelled divine. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful - truly wonderful service! If you’re in Mexico City you should book your next stay here!

The room was very nice, featuring a big, comfortable bed. Housekeeping visited at least twice a day, which allowed us to keep the room spotlessly tidy all day long. The rooftop is great, with beautiful views.

The room was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful! I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I’ll absolutely be staying here when I return. My only critique is the free continental breakfast. Only coffee/tea, a small pastry and oatmeal is included. There are other options available at a fee. I don’t eat oatmeal so I ordered a yogurt and granola bowl but with such minimal options the free continental breakfast feels misleading and a bit underwhelming. But there is so much incredible food around so that’s only a small flaw. You can’t beat the service!

We stayed on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, and it was perfect, quiet and comfortable with a private courtyard. The location is ideal, within walking distance to everything in Roma Norte and Condesa. The hotel also offers rooftop access with drinks, which is a great spot to unwind. The room was clean, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I’d recommend avoiding the rooms located directly above or beneath the restaurant, as they can be a bit noisy at night. Overall, highly recommended

This hotel was located perfectly in Roma Norte. Very walkable area with tons of options for food and exploring. We loved the hotel room we stayed in—super clean and modern. We almost forgot about the rooftop, but it was beautiful up there for an early morning breakfast with such pleasant service.
