This is a shared apartment with a shared living room and bathroom, and that should really be stated in the listing. You have to call the staff every time you want to enter the apartment, which is inconvenient, and amenities like the pool are not included — so the photos on Expedia are misleading. The positive side is that the apartment is cleaned daily and the price is good.

The room itself was beautiful! However, you will not be able to enter or even leave without calling a specific number that day. We waited for 30 minutes one day and were almost forced to rent a room bc the number didn’t answer. The same thing happened a couple times over our stay at this location. The hassle of constantly waiting for someone to come let you in is super draining especially if you plan to be out exploring. The second thing is that they have a camera INSIDE the kitchen, literally inside the premises recording what you do which i found as a huge invasion of privacy. The last thing is, there were seven of us and only changed our towels once during a 7 day stay forcing us to share towels. Jose and Delia were the only reason I gave this property 1 star. They were attentive and let us in everyone else could care less if we stayed locked out of of place.

A disaster: Should be listed as a hostil hostel.

I booked a private condo suite (clearly specified on website). Turned out it was a shared unit. Alberto is your typical uneducated local. He offered me to leave and find a different place which was not an option at 6:00 at night in a sketchy area. The wrong address is listed on the website. It's actually 81 Chicago st. The security makes no sense and seems to do everything possible to hassle guests. Nobody speaks English which makes sense being it's Mexico but usually hotels have someone. Multiple maids or unknow people enter the condo without knocking. We would sometimes bet what the next person entering would do. Example: lady walked in, put her lunch in my fridge and walked out? Not a guest. 3 of the 5 windows wouldn't open. No AC or Heat. Alberto was stereotypical macho hispanic: He would not appologize for anything. He would tell me the website is wrong and I should contact the website. He loved telling me I had the option to leave which is not really an option being finding another place close by at last minute isn't easily done. The pool requiers a reservation and swim cap. I never saw one person in the pool. The gym is nice if you can find a way to get in. It requires a code and Alberto gave me a code that didn't work. I gave up contacting Alberto because of his strange nieve logic.

Al inicio me dejaron hacer check in anticipado, pero Pésimo el servicio de una chica, nadie avisa que el edificio tiene prohibida la renta a corto plazo así que llegue confiada, y seguridad no ayuda en nada, tuve que esperar a que las chicas bajaran por mí cada vez que necesito entrar y la misma mala onda me estaba pidiendo dejar la habitación un día antes de que terminara mi reserva pagada, también se la lleva preparando comida en el depto, no tiene aire acondicionado, lo barato sale caro, pero no pensé que fuera así aquí porque se veía muy bien en las fotos

La página o su publicación está errónea porque es un cuarto de una depa, y ese departamento puede que te toque compartirlo y por el precio que termine pagando para no compartir el depa, pues me hubiera ido a un hotel sin tanto rollo para el check in, pues tienes que esperar a que alguien baje por ti porque es un edificio con alta seguridad y no puedes entrar ni salir tan libremente como en un hotel, mejor hubiera buscado algo en air b

Excelente opción si vas a eventos en el WTC. Ojo, es un departamento y rentas por cuarto, por lo que puedes estar conviviendo con otras personas en el mismo departamento. A mi me fue muy bien con los co inquilinos.

Necesitan avisar que la dirección no es la correcta que es otro lugar otras condiciones que el estacionamiento no está incluido que el internet es malo que no sirve para trabajar que las toallas y la ropa de cama no las cambian si no lo pides y que la regadera es pésima la zona es buena pero no es lo que publican en su anuncio que lástima
