The room was nice and clean but we had to wait until after 3pm to check-in. They took our luggage and stored them while we went out to eat. When we got back we were escorted to our room. Please note that these rooms do not have carpet floors so you can hear the other guests coming and going in their rooms. There’s a OXXO right next to the hotel which has everything you need. Plus the hotel has an area where guests can get picked up by cars service or they can get you a taxi if you want. Very convenient area.

My only real complaint is the lighting in the rooms, it worked so that you couldn’t just turn on the bathroom light (the bathroom was also a glass box with little privacy) so since I was sharing a room, it meant using the bathroom in the night with my cell phone flashlight. The hotel itself though is pretty sleek. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had, and the staff was lovely. Also the area is one of the trendiest in the city. Club next door was a little loud at night, but didn’t really bother me much. Area is also very safe, there is literally a massive police headquarters a couple buildings away.

The room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Their reception is open 24 hours per day, which really helps for those who arrive late in the evening or if you need any assistance. Breakfast was also super good!

Staff was nice when they were reachable. No one answered when trying to call any of the departments from the room. Facilities were nice. Room needs patching, paint and grout touch ups but other than that it was good. I wish they toned down the air freshener in the lobby and 3rd floor. It was very strong. Overall I'd stay there again though

The hotel in conveniently located and remodeled. The AC works very well. Towels are nice and large. The breakfast buffet is pricey and they don't even have decaf coffee. There are very noisy night club next to the back of the building that will keep you up ALL night long. The shower floor has almost no depth, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor.
