Nice hotel, modern well-furnished rooms, great staff. Windows don't block out a lot of sound from the outside, but if you face Liverpool Street it's fairly quiet most of the time, so it's worth requesting that. Great location close to transit as well as walkable to sight-seeing. A few minor maintenance issues keep me from rating the hotel full stars, but I would have no hesitations about staying there again.

Staff was helpful, the bar / restaurant was very good just a bit pricey. Conveniently located to shops and attractions and down the street from the Federalies so extremely safe! Didn't use the pool because it was to cold out.

Great location modern building nice rooms, however management and staff are lazy, unreliable on wake up calls checking on cleaning, lack of wine beer menu, room cleanliness, facilities like washrooms having TP and other guest request, Had to nag customer care 1/2 my trip could not get coffee or fresh eggs or even offer drink refill, cocktails very expensive, rooms has wifi but tv will crash often could not stream Netflix's on tv but ok on my cpu) AC is in room but set on some form eco control could not get room bellow 19 c which still hot day in Canada most day it was at 22 c which hot to sleep in often in am it was cooler outside in hall way and street then in my room . Sadly no window to open ... there is likely better places to stay with in 1/2 block st better rate higher customer care. To five star hotel and VIP rating it failed on most accounts consistently as an average hotel in mexico it fine .. just keep emergency supply of TP handy and be prepared to nag staff to get things...

Very clean and nice hotel. Spacious rooms and very good amenities. I’m not able to give it a 5 as I was very disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer free tea and coffee. We had to pay $10.00 Canadian for two tiny cups in the restaurant. The coffee machine in our room did not work. Housekeeping never came on our second night stay. If you are looking to use the pool, be aware it didn’t get any sun while we were staying there.

Great location in Zona Rosa. Easy access to the underground rail. The hotel is modern and welcoming. The breakfast service was excellent with friendly waiters and plenty of choice. We had a serious issue with the cleanliness of the hotel room - but we spoke to the manager who was apologetic and made amends.

The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Room service was fast, which we appreciated. However, there were a few concerns. The hallways were very dark with low lighting and felt empty. We were also told the pool was heated, but it was not—even after reminding staff three times. Additionally, the pool is extremely small. Overall, our stay was okay, but it would not be our ideal choice for a future trip.

The hotel lie about having free shuffle from the airport. Then they knew that there will be no power from 10 am and they did not notify us before renting the room Then they put us o a room where we weren’t able to sleep because of the steet noise Actually be careful with this last part - the hotel is located in an area with too much noise so you won’t be able to sleep at alll at it is not only the noise also the rooms shake becaue of it The customer service is horrible the staff are entitled people who thinks they are too much for you and do not care at all for the guest I am not comming back to this place

Check in staff at the desk were great. The first room were given the floors were dirty. 2nd room we cleaned but the toilet would not stop running after flushed, the staff had that repaired before we returned from dinner. The location is great
