Amenities and clean room the only bad one was dirty balcony a lot of dust and one of the sink in the bathroom wasn’t working normal and noisy street / location. Other than that was great we loved it. We even had a toddler with us and was perfect.

An excellent place to stay in Mexico City! Everything was perfect! Clean and modern, comfortable beds and A/C worked well. Plenty of hot water and a very useful kitchenette. Separate bedroom and living area with two TVs, and two elevators in a nice area of Mexico City. Daily housekeeping! Highly recommend!

Al momento de ingresar a la habitación, encontramos pertenencias del huésped anterior y el lugar no estaba limpio. Al informar esta situación en recepción, un empleado llamado Jorge nos respondió de muy mala manera que se atendería hasta la mañana siguiente. Nosotros solo nos hospedamos una noche, por lo que no tiene sentido esperar hasta el día siguiente. Ha sido una experiencia muy negativa, tanto por la actitud del personal como por las condiciones del alojamiento.

Habilitación limpia pero solo dejaron una bata de baño, se pidió otra pero ya no nos la dejaron. Me gustó que esté a una cuadra de reforma, pero la zona está complicada por vagabundos. De ahí en fuera todo bien y me gustó mucho la habitación.
