The staff were nice, kind and polite, the room was clean and the location it's convenient to walk to downtown or go to the subway, however They don't have any breakfast options as listed, apparently only on the weekends, the balcony with the beautiful view in the pictures was closed all the time and we didn't have enough bathroom supplies on our first night, so we had to request for it.

The hotel is very hip - they have activities on Friday and Saturday nights, which was awesome, and they had amazing food. Hotel is next the metro station with lots of stalkers, drugs and prostitution. Hotel is always noisy even after quiet hours through 5am. The shower didn’t have hot water and was moldy. They provided dirty and torn up towels and sheets were not cleaned until asked multiple times. They had new people at the front desk that didn’t know what to do and seemed uninterested and always rude. The worst part, you can’t even sleep as there are many bugs including bedbugs that ate us up throughout our stay. They only painted and covered up all the issues to make it seem attractive and appealing. It should be condemned and no one should be allowed to stay here. BEWARE!!!

Aunque dice que incluye el desayuno la realidad es que al hacer el checkin te dicen que esto solo aplica para el fin de semana! Es una pena que el concepto aunque interesante haga uso de esta publicidad poco transparente. Adicionalmente la zona aunque muy cerca de la estación del metro y el metrobús, por la noches puede sentirse insegura, dado que hay trabajadoras en las esquinas.
