Great Vacation in La Condesa

This spacious, clean, and secure condo in La Condesa was a big reason our trip to Mexico City was so successful. Not only was the property beautiful and well appointed but our host was also friendly, attentive, always available, and extremely knowledgeable about places to check out in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week in CDMX

Perfect Location for Family Gathering

Located just blocks from Parque Espana, this apartment is perfectly located for gathering with an intergenerational family. We loved getting to the park each morning with our treats from Ficelle and coffee/tea from Fuego y Cafe. We were able to walk to the major museum campus at Chapaultapec and to one great restaurant after another. Miguel greeted us warmly with fruit and wine and was available when we had questions despite the fact that it was in the middle of Christmas/New Years. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accomodations in a wonderful location

My family (two adults, two kids, one senior) had a wonderful, week-long stay at this location. The condo is modern, clean, safe and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the three full bathrooms, the large living room, the sunny private patio and the single-level living space. With a full kitchen and a laundry area, we felt even more at home. Miguel, our friendly host, met us upon arrival. He was very easy to communicate with and able to answer any questions. The location of the condo is perfect. Every morning we walked to the nearby, beautiful park and a different coffee shop each time. Also, restaurants, convenient stores and dessert shops are within walking distance. We hope to return again to this location!

Ideal space and location

This was the perfect place for our group of five and our week-long stay. Spacious, comfortable, full of light. Quiet street, quiet neighbors, security at the door. Easy entrance and exit. Coffee shop for breakfast around the corner, excellent restaurant 2 blocks down (Cedron), grocery stores with walking distance. Neighborhood pretty and safe. 30 minute walk to Chapultepec Park. Chapultepec metro line closed at the moment (April 2024), so you need to hike to Sevilla or Balderas stations, or use taxis and busses. Host Miguel is terrific. Highly recommended.

Colonia Condesa

The property was exactly as it was depicted in photos on the VRBO website. The host Miguel met us at the property on the day of our arrival and greeted us with a fruit basket and gave us info about the area we were in. He provided info about local shops, stores and restaurants that we might enjoy during our week long stay in Mexico City. Miguel provided us his personal cell phone for when we needed to contact him should we have any concerns during our stay. We only had to call Miguel once and he personally took care of our request in a timely fashion. The property had manned 24 hour security with controlled access to the property. All the amenities provided by this property were excellent from the beds, linens, appliances, TVs and patio area. Our experience at this property was very enjoyable, carefree and the Colonia Condesa area felt very vibrant and safe while we were out in the area sometimes till Midnight or later. I would highly recommend this property to other friends and family and I would gladly rebook this property if and when I make another trip to Mexico City.

Amazing Property 10/10

HOST: Miguel was amazing sending suggestions before we arrived for new places and recommendations. We let him know we had <1y/o coming with us and got a pack-and-play crib. He met us on day one and saw us off on our last day (including finding my glasses that I'd left behind and getting them to our friends).
